I purchased this bag in black (it's really more of a dark grey color) about a month ago. It is considered to be a mini messenger bag, which I find to be the perfect size to carry everything I need without getting too heavy. You can place a magazine in the large compartment without having to fold it, and also have enough room for your wallet, keys, an e-reader, and any other items that you need to carry. It is a cross body bag - a style which I discovered in this last year that I vastly prefer to traditional purses. I don't know if it's just me, but I've never been able to keep a purse up on my shoulder for very long. With the cross body bag I have both hands free to do whatever I want - shop, carry items and still open doors, etc! I love the look of this bag - the color appeals to me because it will go with everything, and the front flap design is cute and sporty.
