I like this bag a lot. It's lightweight, nice material, washes in the regular (non-commercial) washer just fine, and dries great in the dryer on a low setting. Didn't have any issues with the synthetic insulation. We have 2 of them. Bought the first one at a local outfitter. A few months later when we wanted the 2nd bag, the sales person said they stopped carrying it due to "quality" issues. He was vague but we didn't press him on the matter. We didn't feel there were any issues with it, so we got the 2nd from Amazon. It zips all the way open and can be used as a blanket, as opposed to the similar-priced Eureka 20/40 synthetic flip bag which only zips down the side and not along the bottom.
