Most Underlined Buyer Review : Practical bivy
I've used this bivy several times since my purchase. In each case the temperatures were below freezing and I was sleeping exposed in the snow. Condensation was as expected and froze to the inside of the bivy and outside of the sleeping bag one very cold night. The amount of condensation was less than you would experience in a tent unless you are breathing into the bivy. I was careful to make sure my breath made its way outside. It's easy to shake the frozen condensate out.
The bivy makes it easy to roll up your bag, pad, and bivy all in one for easy set up.
The bivy is fairly light, packs well, and is roomy. The zippers work very well. I believe it is well made and should last years. My only complaint is this bivy is advertised from the company website as having a bug screen, but this did not come with one.

Exactly what Various other Buyer point out?
Waterproof and warm
I used this in the mountains of Honduras over my sleeping bag, it was so cold and this helped to keep me warm for 2 nights.

It was a good deal for the money
I bought this as a good low-price entry into Bivy camping. Aqua-Quest makes primarily dry sacks. So in essence it's a dry sack in the shape of a bivy.

Pros:
1) It's roomy. My 0 degree bag AND inflatable pad fit inside without issue.
2) It's lightweight. At a little over a pound and a half it was a great alternative to a tent for ultralight backpacking.
3) I started packing it without the stuff-sack in my pack and putting everything inside it. Voila! No pack cover and all my gear stays dry, an excellent double purpose.
4) Setup after a long hike is lightning quick, but this is a trait of all pole-less bivys. Roll out the bivy, throw the bag inside while holding the two hoods together and shake out, then insert the pad inside between the bivy and bag back. Done! Crawl in and crash.

Cons:
1) It's not breathable. If you create condensation inside it, it stays inside it. I'd only use with a synthetic bag, a down bag might get soaked.
2)...
