I've had for about a month now & so far I love this backpack! I'm 5'4" and the straps are fine for me. It fits alot of stuff (I frequently carry gym clothes/sneakers or stop on the way home for groceries), and all without the zippers splitting open. The side pockets hold in your water bottles and commuter mugs (they don't pop out like other bags). The mesh pocket is handy for sunglasses, etc. - it doesn't fit my bike helmet, but I have a Nutcase which is rather large. Overall love it!

Great, light backpack for travel
I used this for my trip to Seattle. The backpack is great to use as a carry-on. It is a little difficult to put it on.
lots of space
I use a backpack when we go on day trips and this will be perfect. Lots of zippers and space. The straps are a little harder than I would like but hopefully they will get better with use.
